My Approach to life coaching
At the heart of my coaching is “The Four
Agreements”, increased awareness and self-discovery. It’s a
process of learning to listen to your own voice, find your own path,
instead of someone else’s. It’s finding out what you like,
what you want, what makes you happy. It centers on doing what works for
you, rather than following what others say you should do, want, think
or feel. I coach people in areas of money and time management,
relationships, transitions, careers and more but always from the
personal growth perspective so that the goals you achieve really make a
difference in your life.
I will ask you to define what you want to
accomplish and help you discover, clarify and achieve your goals.
I can not tell you what your goals should be, but I can help you find
them.
I will also help you explore the decisions that
will help you achieve those goals, deal with roadblocks and gremlins
that are getting in the way.
My coaching is done by phone. This saves on gas
and travel time. Many clients can be more open and honest on the phone,
which is so important in coaching. Like most coaches, I offer a free
one hour introduction to life coaching. You will see how I work and see
if that is what you are looking for. You can use the free introduction
to compare several coaches and their methods before you decide. As
always there is no obligation.
Know who you are, accept who you are, live who
you are.
