What is expected of the coach:
• To be honest with the client and not judge
the client or the client’s actions.
• To create a safe place to set goals and
explore the changes needed to achieve those goals.
• Goals met are celebrated but so are
attempts because something is always learned.
What is expected of the client:
• To be available for coaching at the agreed
time and phone number.
• To be honest with the coach and is
expected to explore new ways of doing things, telling the coach if a
suggestion is something the client is not willing to do.
• To set goals and make decisions. The coach
can and will help you clarify your goals and look at the options when
making a decision, but can not do it for you.
• To keep track of the overall goals and the
action list that supports those goals.
Appointments:
Coaching is done by phone. The coach will phone
the client promptly at the appointed time. If the client is not
available and there is a late start the lost time can not be made up as
this would conflict with the following appointments. If there is 24
hour notice I will be happy to re-schedule the appointment. In case of
a client emergency it is left to the discretion of the coach as to
whether to re-schedule. All appointments that can not be made by the
coach for whatever reason will be re-scheduled.
Payments:
Payments must be made in advance of the coaching
appointment. The cost of the first six weeks of coaching is $________.
After that, the client may pay for four weeks at a time in the amount
of $_________.
Non-disclosure:
Tom Viets Life Coaching will only keep contact
information on any client. That contact information will not be given
or shared with any other person or company.
Confidentiality:
The discussions between the coach and client are
strictly confidential and will not be used for the benefit of the
coach or communicate it to any third party.
Dispute Resolution:
This is not a binding contract. Any time the
coach or client wish to end this agreement any money for the unused
appointments will be refunded to the client.
