What can ADD coaching do for me?
You do not have to be diagnosed Attention Deficit
Disorder or Attention Deficit/Hyper
Activity Disorder to benefit
from coaching. I find working with people that are ADD/ADHD especially
rewarding and have coached clients that were diagnosed as well as
undiagnosed. The results are just as dramatic either way.
I was not diagnosed as ADD until I was 55 years
old. I had always known I was different but could not understand how or
why. Finding the answers to those questions has changed my life. I am
making it my life’s work to help people turn their life around in
the same way my life has been.
ADD affects each of us in different ways. The
more you understand about ADD the more you can see how it’s
effecting your life. You will recognize how it impacts you. You can
then begin to make better decisions and develop better strategies that
can open up your world.
Because everyone is different your answers will
be different than mine or anyone else, but the methods for discovering
what works for you will be the same. I can help you find those answers.
I have been down that path, I can help you get there just as others
have helped me. With coaching comes a different point of view, someone
to show you the way to discover who you really are, give structure,
focus and permission to the process. A safe place to explore, a place
without judgment.
